📋 Description

• Own product direction for Ampersand connectors and API features.
• Collaborate with CTO and founding team to define what to build and when.
• Gather customer feedback, prioritize work, and unblock engineers.
• Own the connector experience and support customer inquiries.
• Dive into API docs and trade-offs to inform decisions.
• Build partnerships with API providers to grow the ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Worked directly with engineering teams to ship technical products.
• Technical enough to read API docs and discuss trade-offs affecting the customer experience.
• Strong customer discovery instincts; you find signal in conversations.
• Excellent written communication.
• Track record of prioritization calls defended with data and customer context.
