FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Support budget and financial forecast preparation: collaborate with other departments to collect
• Prepare monthly reporting: compare actuals with budget and forecast, analyze variances and prepare
• Analyze company financial and operational data (e.g. revenues, costs, profitability of projects)
• Perform periodic cost analysis and financial controls to identify savings opportunities and
• Analyze and reconcile data across departments and sources to establish a single source of truth for
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimization and automatization of financial

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a financial controller, consulting or similar (a start-up or e-commerce
• BSc or MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or similar.
• AI-driven mindset, with experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude AI, Gemini, etc.) in daily work to
• High attention to detail – you own your numbers and others can fully rely on them.
• Ability to proactively identify gaps, take ownership of solutions, and drive them through to
