📋 Description

• Maintains assigned components of integrated financial and operating models by incorporating
• Builds defined valuation, scenario, and pro-forma analyses using agreed methodologies and
• Produces recurring financial analysis by reconciling results and isolating material performance
• Diagnoses financial and SaaS metric movements by testing assumptions and modeling defined operating
• Applies AI and spreadsheet automation to recurring modeling, validation, and analytical workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Financial Modeling & Accounting Foundations – Applies three-statement, operating-model, and
• Forecasting & SaaS Unit Economics – Understands bottom-up forecasting, driver-based modeling
• Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration – Applies valuation, purchase-accounting, pro-forma, and
• Business & Commercial Economics – Understands principal revenue drivers, cost structure, and
• Financial Systems & AI Tooling – Applies spreadsheet modeling, financial-data workflows
