📋 Description

• Financial Model Ownership: Builds and maintains the core three-statement and operating model with
• Acquisition Modeling & Integration: Builds the valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma
• Business-Review Reporting: Drives much of the substance of the monthly, quarterly, and annual
• Metrics Analysis & Business Partnering: Diagnoses why the metrics are moving and which lever
• AI-Enabled Productivity: Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to compress cycle time and harden data

• Financial Model & Accounting Foundations: Knows how an integrated three-statement and operating
• Forecasting & SaaS Unit Economics: Knows both bottom-up short-term forecasting and driver-based
• Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration: Knows how to value an acquisition and how to fold it into
• Business & Commercial Acumen: Knows in depth how the business and every function make money —
• Financial Systems & AI Tooling: Commands Google Sheets and Excel, and tracks the AI and
