📋 Description

• Builds and maintains the core three-statement and operating model with scenario and sensitivity
• Builds the valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma combined-entity models behind acquisition
• Drives much of the substance of the monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews — with the
• Diagnoses why the metrics are moving and which lever changes them, pressure-tests the assumptions
• Uses AI and spreadsheet automation to compress cycle time and harden data validation — automating

• Financial Model & Accounting Foundations — deep knowledge of integrated three-statement and
• Forecasting & SaaS Unit Economics — proficiency in bottom-up short-term forecasting
• Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration — skills in acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, and
• Business & Commercial Acumen — strong understanding of a company's revenue drivers, cost
• Financial Systems & AI Tooling — proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with awareness of AI
