FP&A Analyst, Retail

📋 Description

• Support coordination and preparation of the annual budget, forecasts, and management reporting
• Partner with Accounting to support the monthly close process, including variance and accrual
• Track and analyze store-level P&Ls, highlighting opportunities to improve profitability and
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards for store performance metrics, including sales
• Support planning processes for sales, payroll, and opex budgets at the store level
• Partner with Retail teams on store proformas, including IRR, payback period, and sensitivity

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in finance-related work, corporate and/or operations finance. Experience in
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to summarize large amounts
• Proven time management and multiple task management capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needs
