FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of financial models supporting annual budgets
• Deliver actionable financial insights and clear narratives to business partners and senior
• Conduct detailed variance analyses, scenario planning, and profitability assessments.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
• Support strategic projects and commercial initiatives through robust financial evaluations.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly financial results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related
• Master's degree or professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, with substantial exposure to financial modelling and
• Experience working in commercial or industrial construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with relevant business intelligence and data visualization
