FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain the company’s integrated financial model and forward-looking forecasts
• Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and reforecasting processes, including monthly
• Prepare board, investor, and leadership reporting packages
• Partner with business teams on performance analysis and support go-to-market and product analytics
• Partner with our PE sponsor on reporting and ad hoc analysis needs
• Partner with the Controller to ensure forecasts and management reporting tie to the accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a hands-on FP&A role owning
• Financial services, fintech, or PE-backed environment experience strongly preferred
• Due to the nature of this position, as part of the background check process, candidates must be
• Banking, PE, or consulting experience, ideally combined with in-house FP&A experience
