📋 Description

  • Own the monthly forecast, variance analysis, and management reporting cycle
  • Build and maintain the annual operating plan and rolling forecasts
  • Maintain the integrity of financial reporting across Oracle
  • Support the 3-5 year long-range plan and scenario modeling
  • Partner with Commercial and Operations on pricing analysis and investment cases
  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus
  • 8-10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, FDI, or comparable systems
  • Proven use of AI and automation tools
  • Strong communication skills
