FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Review and correct agent-drafted P&L narratives (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast vs. Prior Year)
• Direct the monthly expense close, validating calls and deciding what flags reach leadership.
• Own the monthly result presented up Wellhub's corporate FP&A chain and defend closing materials
• Own Wellz's part of Wellhub's quarterly forecast cycle.
• Serve as the analytical engine of Wellz's annual budget process on the cost and FP&A side.
• Translate financial data into proactive recommendations for margin, cost, or investment decisions.

• 3+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role, ideally in a
• Proven ability to leverage AI to work faster (building models, catching errors, drafting first-pass
• Strong hands-on ability to build and maintain financial models in spreadsheets under time pressure.
