📋 Description

• Lead the annual budgeting process and manage recurring forecasting cycles, ensuring financial plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Previous experience working in a private equity-backed organization, ideally within a business
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes, supported by a solid
• Experience in project-based service industries such as construction, audio-visual services, fire
• Familiarity with percentage-of-completion revenue recognition and work-in-process (WIP) reporting
