Fraud Analyst

📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve fraud cases across corporate card fraud, application fraud, identity fraud
• Triage Early Fraud Warning (EFW) alerts promptly and take appropriate action to prevent potential
• Manage card disputes and chargebacks from documentation and representment through final resolution
• Document every investigation to a standard that supports Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filing
• Analyze patterns across cases to identify potential fraud rings, shared IP signals, behavioral
• Partner with Member Support, Legal/Compliance, and Credit teams to investigate and respond to

🎯 Requirements

• Bring experience investigating fraud cases from initial alert through resolution, particularly in
• Have hands-on experience managing chargebacks and disputes across their full lifecycle.
• Demonstrate excellent written documentation skills, with the ability to produce clear, complete
• Be able to recognize patterns and connections across multiple cases, rather than approaching each
• Have experience using Salesforce or an equivalent case management platform to document, manage, and
• Experience with fraud detection platforms such as SEON, Kount, or similar solutions is a plus.

• Annual base salary ranging from $46,100 to $63,800 USD, with compensation determined by experience
