Fraud Risk Management & Operations (FRMO) Analyst

📋 Description

• Review and triage Level 1 fraud alerts and monitoring reports across assigned populations
• Establish expected activity profiles for accounts and products, compare observed activity against
• Make and document appropriate triage decisions, including resolving alerts, consolidating activity
• Conduct end-to-end fraud investigations by gathering and analyzing account, transaction, device
• Perform core case investigation activities, including case build-out, evidence gathering, narrative
• Identify potentially SAR- or CTR-eligible activity and prepare supporting documentation for

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than two years of related professional experience, with exposure to fraud, payments
• Foundational understanding of fraud risks and common typologies such as account takeover
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when analyzing transactions, reviewing customer activity
• Ability to manage a daily workload effectively while meeting same-day deadlines, SLAs, production
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document findings and
