Fraud Risk Management & Operations (FRMO) Analyst I

📋 Description

• Review and triage fraud alerts and monitoring reports across multiple populations, including ACH
• Establish expected account and product activity profiles and compare them with observed patterns to
• Determine and document appropriate triage outcomes, including resolving alerts, consolidating
• Conduct end-to-end fraud investigations by gathering and analyzing transaction, device, and
• Build cases, document investigative narratives, quantify exposure, and reach well-supported case
• Refer potential SAR/CTR-eligible activity to the BSA/AML Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than two years of relevant professional experience in fraud, payments, banking operations, or
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing transactions and documenting findings
• Ability to manage daily workload and meet same-day service-level agreements/deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work across multiple systems and workflows
