Fraud Solutions Consultant

📋 Description

• Own the retro and POC process end-to-end with customers and Plaid teams
• Partner with customers to show ROI of Plaid's Protect fraud products
• Drive post-retro follow-through to production usage
• Serve as a feedback loop between customers and product to shape roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years in a customer-facing analytical role in fintech/financial services
• Experience working closely with data science teams
• Experience managing consultative engagements with deliverable ownership
• Comfort interpreting ML model output for non-technical audiences
• Nice to have: background in data science or ML engineering, esp fraud or risk
• Nice to have: experience in fraud, identity, or risk from vendor/bank/fintech or risk consulting
