📋 Description

• Manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns simultaneously, overseeing the full process from
• Ensure timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables remain on track.
• Identify, research, and select relevant creators based on brand positioning, target audiences
• Build high-quality creator shortlists across different campaigns and European markets.
• Manage day-to-day communication with creators and their representatives, coordinating outreach
• Develop creator pricing strategies based on cost-per-view (CPV) targets and expected performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, such as German, French, or
• Based in Europe or the UK, with availability to work during European business hours.
• Strong knowledge of the creator economy and influencer landscape in at least one European market.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-volume influencer campaigns, preferably for major consumer
• Proven ability to manage campaign budgets, negotiate creator fees, coordinate contracts, and
