Freelance HR Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and external staffing projects, including
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve remote-first HR policies, onboarding workflows, and
• Maintain accurate and secure employee and freelancer records, ensuring contracts, NDAs, compliance
• Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives through regular check-ins
• Administer payroll inputs and leave tracking, and serve as the point of contact for HR-related
• Identify recruitment bottlenecks and operational challenges, recommend improvements, and strengthen

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional HR experience with strength in recruitment and general HR administration.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition for corporate clients, agencies, technology organizations
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, remote-work compliance, employment best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, discretion, judgment, and
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to identify talent challenges and implement solutions.
