📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles and external staffing projects, including
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve remote-first HR policies, onboarding workflows, and
• Maintain accurate and secure employee and freelancer records, ensuring contracts, NDAs, compliance
• Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives through regular check-ins

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Human Resources experience, with demonstrated strength in both recruitment
• Proven experience managing talent acquisition activities for corporate clients, agencies
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, remote-work compliance considerations, employment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, combined with empathy, discretion, sound
• Proactive and strategic problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify talent challenges and
