Fluent in both English and Japanese (spoken and written) - able to translate and adapt ad copy for
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max and Display.
Experience with local keyword research tools and methods relevant to the Japanese market (beyond
Strong ability to analyze search term reports and keyword data in Japanese to inform optimizations
Ability to provide strategic recommendations on targeting, ad structure, and messaging for Japanese
Familiarity with regional performance reporting - able to prepare insights and metrics that roll up
