📋 Description

• Create and adapt workflows for candidate sourcing, scoring, outreach and recruiting dashboards
• Test different prompts and approaches, review the results, and refine what works
• Check AI recommendations against real candidate profiles and use what you learn to improve the next
• Debug issues, remove repetitive steps, and spot opportunities to automate more of the groundwork
• Source profiles for open roles from the scorecard and the hiring manager brief
• Expand the candidate pool using past Ashby candidates, LinkedIn Recruiter, and target companies

🎯 Requirements

• A junior profile with a sharp, structured mind: you learn fast
• A strong general education. No hard skills required
• First experience as an SDR or BDR (ideally in a B2B startup) is a plus
• Ability to run written outbound at volume: LinkedIn and email sequences, follow-ups, a clean CRM
• Comfortable with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n…)
• Rigorous with data, and you look for the cause of an error before escalating
