📋 Description

• Provide live, real-time IT support for Front Office trading platforms during market hours
• Monitor real-time trading activity, investigate system behavior, and resolve production incidents
• Manage real-time market data configurations and support electronic execution workflows
• Collaborate closely with both Trading Desks and Development/Infrastructure teams
• Participate in change management, testing, and system release deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
• Prior experience in IT support with working knowledge of Linux/UNIX and basic SQL
• Genuine financial curiosity
• Pragmatism and resourcefulness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
