📋 Description

• Develop the Farfetch Private Client base by nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed
• Segment your client book to achieve maximum impact in personalising the client experience and
• Champion customer service and exceed clients expectations, maintaining client relationships to
• Develop an awareness of the company strategy and organisational objectives, considering this when
• Work closely with Private Client Managers to analyse data on weekly and monthly reporting whilst
• Use key tools including Looker and Salesforce to analyse data, identify key trends and focus areas

🎯 Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in French, with the ability to communicate effectively both
• Proven experience in fashion sales (luxury industry preferable), with a track record of developing
• Deep knowledge of current, international fashion trends, designers and products, and a passion for
• Ability to approach situations and make decisions that are commercially driven.
• Existing strong client book consisting of a majority client base situated in the UK and Europe.
• Active listener and can create a positive working environment through speaking and creating empathy
