• Lead the delivery of a highly optimized, high-conversion self-service product that eliminates
• Architect and oversee a robust experimentation setup using Growthbook, enabling the team to safely
• Successfully manage and architect a diverse ecosystem that seamlessly connects high-traffic
• Establish modern SDLC standards, mandating and driving the adoption of AI-assisted development
• Foster a high-performance culture across a hybrid squad of 6 engineers (4 Frontend, 2 Backend).

🎯 Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English, as you will collaborate with distributed global teams.
• Demonstrable experience directly managing and leading cross-functional software engineering teams
• Extensive hands-on experience and deep architectural understanding of modern full-stack
• Active and mandatory integration of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Experience managing or leading cross-functional engineering teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep practical experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation feature-flagging tools
