Frontier Agents Engineer (Applied AI)

📋 Description

• Bridge frontier AI research and production deployment for enterprise use.
• Design, evaluate and deploy intelligent systems with frontier models and knowledge.
• Work with enterprise customers to build multi-domain AI solutions.
• Build production AI systems with reliability, latency, safety, and cost focus.
• Collaborate with infra engineers to deploy securely in enterprise clouds.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience building production AI systems using LLMs.
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, MCP, agent frameworks, vector databases, or retrieval systems.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and modern language models.
• Experience designing or evaluating AI systems using quantitative metrics.
