Fulfilment Executive – Thailand

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Thailand office, ensuring smooth and efficient fulfilment
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on the collection of diamonds, jewellery, and
• Collect diamonds, gemstones and jewellery from local suppliers and prepare items for shipment
• Identify discrepancies between products received and purchase order specifications (stone quality
• Create inter hub & last mile shipments on the Nivoda platform
• Receive consolidated shipments via Brinks, UPS, FedEx, etc., and mark orders as received in the

🎯 Requirements

• Logistics experience or familiarity with Brinks, FedEx, UPS, and tracking systems
• Experience managing stock or inventory of high-value products
• Good written and spoken English & Thai communication
• Strong attention to detail
• High levels of honesty, professionalism, and integrity
• Valid driving license
