Full Stack Developer Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and manage the Full Stack Developer team
• Manage team performance through one-on-ones, feedback, goal-setting, coaching, and reviews
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Lead code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices
• Lead onboarding and training for new developers
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex issues and incidents

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience leading, mentoring, or providing technical direction to developers
• Advanced proficiency in C# including .NET Framework and .NET Core
• Advanced SQL skills including stored procedures, query optimization, performance tuning, indexing
• Intermediate PowerShell experience for automation, AWS SSO, and VPN/network troubleshooting
• Advanced experience with ASP.NET Web API, REST API development, authentication, and system
• Advanced knowledge of .NET Core and modern .NET versions (.NET 8/9) and Azure Functions isolated
