Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend
Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily workflow
Translate requirements into implementations with minimal frontend-backend handoff
Act as a full-stack seed; mentor peers and scale AI-augmented development
Identify bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements
Contribute to ideation, design, deployment, and iteration

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; CS/AI major preferred
1–5 years of professional experience
Backend foundation: Java or Golang
Proficiency in Node.js and React
End-to-end production ownership
Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code)
