Write lots of code for backend (either Kotlin or Python) and frontend (React, Redux, Typescript)
Design software and contribute to implementation
Work cross functionally with Product, Analytics and other engineering teams across Affirm
Build APIs and data models to work according to the defined service oriented architecture

🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience as a full stack senior software engineer in backend (Python or Kotlin) and
Strong understanding of any relational database system best practices
Strong understanding of distributed systems and how architectural decisions affect performance and
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Project management skills - high degree of organization and ability to surface critical information
Experience with AWS and/or other cloud providers is a plus
