🎯 Requirements

• Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with
• Shipped and run production systems end to end
• Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms, workflow or task
• Comfortable switching between building new tools or editors and hardening the platform underneath
• Keen to lead projects when the opportunity arises
• Opinionated and able to defend ideas, but know when to just grind
