Full-Time Key Lead (Robson)

📋 Description

• Meet and exceed store sales goals by driving key metrics, specifically Conversion Rate and Average
• Coach and empower team members to understand their role in driving store KPIs through selling
• Demonstrate deep understanding of the Knix selling model, executing it flawlessly on the sales floor
• Act as leader on duty, overseeing store opening/closing, leading team huddles, and communicating
• Manage operational workflows, POS systems, loss prevention, and health and safety protocols
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring floors are stocked and displays are clean and

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of retail experience, with previous keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience
• Proven success in hitting sales targets and understanding core retail metrics (Conversion, AOV, UPT)
• Strong proficiency in structured retail selling models
• Strong interpersonal skills with passion for mentoring, coaching, and building relationships
• Resourceful and proactive, with proven ability to resolve conflicts and de-escalate challenging
• Must have necessary work authorization to be legally employed in Canada and be 18 years of age or
