🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a patient-facing administrative, healthcare, customer service, or
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with ability to investigate issues, identify
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage
• Demonstrated proficiency with diverse technological tools and platforms; prior experience with EHR
• Comfort working with internally-approved LLM-based message systems and critically reviewing
