Fund Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the preparation and review of management accounts, interim and annual financial statements
• Oversee day-to-day fund accounting activities, including expenses, accruals, prepayments, VAT, loan
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors and advisers, managing relationships and
• Develop a strong understanding of client structures, transactions and reporting requirements to
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, statutory obligations, regulatory
• Review and approve client payments while maintaining robust risk management and governance

🎯 Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Proven experience in fund accounting, financial reporting or alternative investment structures.
• Strong technical accounting skills with the ability to apply accounting standards pragmatically and
• Experience reviewing financial statements, management accounts and audit deliverables within a
