• Clearly explain why a concept has potential or why it should be rejected
• Analyze gameplay, visuals, marketability, competitors, and the potential for adapting or developing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of overall experience in the gaming industry
• Experience in roles such as Game Designer, Game Producer, Product Manager, or Publishing Manager
• Experience in game production, publishing, game design, or product management
• Strong understanding of the mobile games market and broad gaming knowledge
• Ability to quickly analyze a game and understand why it works or why it could potentially succeed
• Solid understanding of core gameplay, meta systems, progression, retention, and monetization
