GCN Director Sales Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and continue to build a high-performing Sales Engineering team, establishing consistent
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Sales Engineering teams supporting major Global Cloud
• Partner with engineering, services, operations, product lifecycle management, software, and support
• Provide solutions sales and business development oversight for the Global Cloud Networking
• Lead technical customer engagements, introducing technologies and solutions while ensuring product
• Develop and communicate network solutions to customers, collaborating effectively with internal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 12–15+ years of technical experience in telecommunications, data communications, networking
• Sales management experience, with prior Sales Engineering leadership strongly preferred.
• Experience working with Internet Content Provider (ICP) customers and established relationships
• Detailed understanding of cloud networking environments across Data Center, Edge, and Core
• Strong knowledge of Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and network element APIs.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $237,500–$380,000 USD for the listed Washington State location, with
• Potential eligibility for a sales commission in addition to base compensation.
