General Management Traineeship (Food)

📋 Description

• Working on four major projects across various locations in the Netherlands
• Taking responsibility from the start and working on operational, commercial, and financial
• Coordinating and implementing a new LIMS-system
• Working across different teams with stakeholder contact
• Initiating and contributing to business development and operations projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed WO master's degree in Life Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Technical Business
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written
• Ability to connect between teams and interests
• Structured, results-oriented working with sense of improvement
• Strong sense of responsibility and reflective capacity
• Open to working at multiple locations, including internationally if needed
