General Manager - Category Expansion

📋 Description

• Ownership of the business strategy and roadmap of Emerging Verticals
• Leverage domain expertise, along with that of key stakeholders, to determine prioritization and
• Cross-functional coordination, development, and execution of key initiatives and goals
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve and accelerate the development
• Conduct in-depth analysis and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify
• Setting and maintaining the yearly budget and long-range planning for the vertical

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years of experience in insurance, banking, and/or credit
• P&L ownership experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication
• Highly analytical, strategic, and creative thinker with strong business acumen
• Experience with financial and operational modeling
