🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of retail or related leadership experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong leadership: coaching, development, performance management
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Time management, accountability; self-motivated
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move during shift
