Generative AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs across platforms.
• Build AI-powered workflows, copilots, virtual assistants, and intelligent agents for insurance processes.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge bases and policy docs.
• Implement prompt testing, evaluation, and optimization frameworks.
• Design agent-based solutions using tools, plugins, function calls, workflows, and orchestration.
• Monitor AI performance metrics and continuously improve model outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 4+ years software engineering experience.
• 2+ years developing AI-powered or Generative AI solutions.
• Front-end: React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3.
• Backend: Python, Flask, REST APIs, microservices; LLMs and RAG.
• Experience in Life Insurance, Financial Services, or regulated industries preferred.
