📋 Description

• Prospect and secure new business opportunities to achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, develop prospecting plans, and track opportunities in
• Retain and grow assigned accounts by identifying opportunities to sell additional services
• Manage cancellation requests, negotiate contract renewals, and secure contractual commitments from
• Conduct proactive customer visits and retention calls to strengthen relationships, improve

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma or equivalent combined
• At least four years of experience in direct business-to-business sales, business cold calling, and
• Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate regularly with colleagues
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, relationship-building, and account-retention skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and business software.
