Gestionnaire technique & Construction QC

📋 Description

• Lead the planning, preparation, execution, and commissioning activities for construction projects
• Direct, coach, and develop Technical Field Advisors, site superintendents, and other field
• Manage site resource allocation, identify staffing requirements, secure key personnel, and
• Ensure plans, permits, safety documentation, personnel, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and
• Plan for regional challenges including remote and northern project conditions, incorporating winter
• Develop and validate detailed site schedules, resource plans, work sequencing, and critical paths

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, civil, construction, or related) or equivalent
• At least 10 years of experience managing construction sites or executing projects, ideally within
• 3–5 years of experience supervising or managing construction teams, including site managers
• Strong knowledge of CNESST requirements, the Quebec Construction Safety Code, provincial
• Fluency in French required, functional English proficiency.
