Global Account Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately three strategic multinational accounts, including
• Create and execute joint strategic business plans that align customer objectives with commercial
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives, senior decision-makers, and
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, operating income, and share
• Develop compelling value propositions and business cases to support executive discussions
• Lead complex, high-value commercial negotiations involving multiple countries, stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in strategic, international, or global account management, ideally
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex multinational customers across multiple countries and
• Experience in an international account management role within IT distribution, a technology vendor
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers, influence
• Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to customers
• A highly collaborative approach, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and international
