Global Accounting Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Process and accurately apply customer payments across multiple entities, currencies, and bank
• Match remittances to outstanding invoices, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with
• Monitor aged unapplied cash and support cash and accounts receivable reconciliations
• Review employee expense reports in Concur to ensure compliance with policies and resolve exceptions
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to cash and accounts
• Support review of sales orders flowing from Salesforce to NetSuite and resolve errors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, account reconciliations, and
• Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platform is an advantage
• Experience with Concur or similar expense management tools beneficial
