Global Benefits Lead

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day U.S. benefits administration supporting health, welfare, retirement plans and the
• Support international benefits delivery across EMEA and APJ with local brokers, vendors, and
• Manage compliance and vendor relationships including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA and governance.
• Optimize operations and workflow automation leveraging AI tools and Workday.
• Drive strategic initiatives and analytics to deliver insights on claims data and benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration with multi-region program ownership
• Deep operational expertise in U.S. health, welfare, leave, and retirement plan administration
• Proven experience with Workday HRIS
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, and data-auditing skills
