📋 Description

• Execute the global metals category strategy across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives including RFQs, supplier evaluations, cost modeling, contract
• Deliver annual savings, productivity improvements, KPI targets, and total cost of ownership
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for aluminum extrusions and related metal commodities
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery, service
• Partner with Engineering, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support innovation, value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing experience within a
• Experience managing metals procurement categories, preferably aluminum extrusions and related
• Proven success delivering measurable cost reductions, productivity gains, and supplier performance
• Strong experience developing sourcing strategies, leading RFQs, negotiating commercial agreements
• Knowledge of metals market dynamics, manufacturing processes, commodity cost drivers, and global
