🎯 Requirements

• Extensive industry experience: At least 20 years of experience in the fruit ingredients sector
• Senior leadership experience: At least 20 years in commercial leadership, including a minimum of
• B2B food ingredients expertise: A strong background serving industrial customers, ingredient
• Citrus specialization: Significant commercial experience with citrus ingredients, particularly NFC
• Relevant product knowledge: Experience with juices, fruit concentrates, IQF products, fruit purées
• Established customer network: Existing relationships with international buyers, traders, blenders
