📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the company's global accounting operations and financial reporting processes
• Direct an international team of approximately 15 finance professionals—primarily based in India—and
• Drive continuous process improvements, leveraging modern software and AI-driven tools (e.g.
• Ensure all financial transactions and reporting meet rigorous government regulations and compliance
• Collaborate with various internal teams to gather financial data and support operational objectives.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a growing team of accounting professionals, guiding them through change

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of US GAAP and hands-on experience in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction
• Big 4 public accounting background combined with experience in high-growth, hyperscaler, or
• Proven appetite and track record for process automation, workflow optimization, and modernizing
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and familiarity with modern accounting technologies (e.g., FloQast
• Strong background in managing day-to-day accounting operations including AP, T&E, leases
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial data to
