Extensive experience designing and running CRM experiments across B2C and B2B
Strong grasp of experimentation fundamentals: significance, sample sizing, test design
Experience with Braze and/or SFMC
Strong communication skills to translate results for non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Amplitude is a plus
Experience with Airtable and Asana is a plus
