Global Director - Accounts Receivable

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the complete global Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash process, including
• Establish and implement consistent global policies and procedures for billing, collections, credit
• Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Sales, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and local Finance
• Develop and monitor key AR performance indicators, including Average Days Delinquent (ADD)
• Lead the standardization, optimization, and automation of billing and cash application processes
• Support the financial integration of acquired businesses by assessing existing Order-to-Cash

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is
• At least 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, billing, collections, project
• Previous experience managing financial operations in professional services, consulting
• Strong expertise in global Accounts Receivable management, including invoicing, collections
• Extensive hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, including system implementations, configuration
• Proven ability to standardize complex financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and
