📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Parcels logistics and fulfillment
• Define global fulfillment strategy and partner ecosystem
• Drive day-to-day performance and continuous improvement
• Oversee inbound, warehousing, repack, pick/pack, last mile
• Build and lead a global, matrix logistics organization
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Product, and Ops

🎯 Requirements

• Senior logistics/fulfillment leadership in ecommerce or food
• Multi-country ops with multiple 3PLs and carriers
• Warehouse design, layout, and optimization experience
• Cross-border and pan-European parcel networks
• Global matrix organization experience a plus
• Strong analytics: KPIs, dashboards, S&OP, planning
