• Build and scale the global fulfillment network.
• Own end-to-end Parcels logistics value chain.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in senior logistics/fulfillment leadership in e-commerce or food supply chains.
• Experience building multi-country logistics with multiple 3PLs and carriers.
• Strong track record in warehouse process design/optimization (pick/pack, repack, layout, capacity).
• Experience with cross-border pan-European parcel networks.
• Experience in a global matrix organization is a plus.
• Strong analytics (KPIs, dashboards) and S&OP planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and decision influence.
